Pineapple Coconut Bundled Cake
- 1 (15 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, pineapple and coconut flakes. Pour batter into a bundled pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake according to directions on cake box for a bundled cake. Let cool completely in pan for about 90 minutes before inverting onto a plate. If desired, drizzle orange glaze on top and sprinkle with extra coconut.
